Why it matters
Lower fuel consumption reduces operating costs for owners and lowers emissions at the same time. It also supports compliance with IMO energy-efficiency requirements such as the EEXI and the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII).
Continuous improvement
Results are reviewed vessel by vessel and shared with owners in regular performance reports. Measures that prove effective are rolled out across the fleet, and new technologies are assessed as they mature.
